Information on Cargo Delivery Procedures
Dear Customer,
The cargo delivery and related procedures for purchases made from our company are carried out in accordance with the following rules:

Delivery of Orders to Cargo
All orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered to the shipping company on the same day.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will be informed via SMS and email. These notifications are provided by the shipping company. -
Shipping Companies and Tracking
Shipments are made through DHL or UPS.
It is recommended to use the tracking information provided to access the tracking system and activate your notifications. This will allow you to be promptly informed of any issues during the delivery process. -
Days Without Cargo Shipments
Cargo shipments are not made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Orders placed on these days will be delivered to the shipping company on the next business day. -
Order and Weight Limits
A maximum weight limit of 50 kg applies to a single order. -
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties required by the buyer's country appear in my tax field on the payment page. Customs payments are made by us to the recipient country in the shipments of the users who have paid. (This application does not apply to Canada. Canada country customs collects the tax from the buyer.) -
Delivery and Weather Conditions
As shipping companies do not operate on public holidays, deliveries scheduled for these dates will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times and dates may change due to weather conditions or other natural causes. -
Customs and Documentation Requirements
Promptly responding to any requests from the customs authorities of the recipient’s country, such as proof of product value or content information, can expedite the delivery process. -
Food Products and Local Restrictions
We recommend that our customers review the food shopping limits set by the customs of their country. Adhering to the rules set by local authorities is crucial for ensuring a smooth delivery process.
